Since customer satisfaction is our top priority, if for any reason you are not happy with your order you can return or exchange it as per our policy:

• In order to accept exchange and return, the product should be in its original status and not used.
• Clients should have the original receipt.
• Clients have 7 days to exchange all the products except 3 days for basic wear and 3 days to return it.
• Clients pay all of the shipping fees if they cancel the order or in case of exchange and return.
• Due to health and hygiene considerations we cannot exchange or return some items like bandanas, basic wear, bonnets, or hijab accessories.
